Bay Club invites pets to play, and we even provide an on-site bark park to keep them active. Cats and dogs are welcomed, with a maximum of three pets per home. Initial pet deposit fee is $400 for one pet, $600 for two pets, $800 for three pets. Monthly per pet fee is $25. Unless used as an assistance animal, restricted dog breeds are not allowed. Restricted breeds include the following: Akita, Alaskan Malamute, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd, Great Dane, Husky, Wolf Hybrid, Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Beauceron, Belgian Malinois and St. Bernard and all "mixes" of the above breeds. Additionally, we accept the following non-traditional pets: turtles, non-poisonous frogs, domestic hamsters, hermit crabs, gerbils, small domesticated birds, and domestic fish. Fees for these non-traditional acceptable pets may vary if applicable. Snakes, spiders, ferrets and iguanas are not permitted.
